Quality assurance is a priority with Superior Flooring. We are constantly checking and rechecking our technicians’ work, as well as our internal processes so that we may provide our customers with the best of service. Our office staff is well-trained and experienced in the flooring industry, and work well with property staff to resolve issues and answer questions.
We will periodically follow up with property managers to insure that standards are being met and all issues are addressed and remedied. Our Account Executives can respond at a moment’s notice for emergency situations. Also, our office staff is available to deal with any inquiries as to invoicing, additional proposals, special work requests and all other questions pertaining to installation or materials.
